We do not provide cancellation facility after product has been booked although in case of unavailability of product we will give you 100%  refund ( in this case you don’t have to do anything our team member will contact you and ask about your bank payment details and give refund. )

When Product Delivered Mismatched Or Damaged

If by mistake ordered delivered mismatched ( example ordered for iphone 6 plus screen guard and delivered iphone 6 screen guard ) then you can contact us on our email address or contact us on WhatsApp number. ( please remember by mistakenly  you are not doing any products jumbling on your own side because we only consider a valid mismatch if we get confirmed on our side, example we will check our side by CCTV footage or we can check our billing system etc. 9 please not we are also liable to show you these proof we and also note  in case of dispute our ( Krishna online store )  decision will be considered final decision. furthermore in case of product delivered damaged as mentioned above in similar process we may view your product delivered damage request, most probably we ( you and we / customer and Krishna online store ) will have to accept the courier service providers terms and condition. Once product order placed we will send you courier company details and tracking ID ( in case you didn’t  receive Couriour Company Details then kindly contact us on our email address or whatsapp
